- Name of the entity running the Get Ready for Spring Giveaway (the Competition)
The entity is Liberty Direct Imports Pty Ltd (the Promoter) (ABN 33 613 255 342) of Unit 2, 151 Robinson Road East, Geebung Qld 4034, Australia.
- Drawing dates and winner selection
All participating respondents are assigned a random number and drawn with a random number generator. No personal details are stored with the random number generator and only the corresponding numbers are used to match and contact prize winners with the details provided.
The competition commences at 00:00 midnight AEST on 05/08/2022 and ends at 23:59 AEST on 31/08/2022 (“Promotion Period”). The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the RacksBrax and recorded in its competition email address.
The prize winner will be drawn on Thursday, 1 September 2022.
- Eligibility requirements for players to participate
Entry is only open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over who submit their email via the link to the competition giveaway link (the Link). Employees and their immediate families of CAOS, TRED, ECOXGEAR and RacksBrax, and their agencies, are ineligible to enter.
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
- Be over the age of 18; and
- Be an Australian resident; and
- Submit their contact details, i.e., name, best contact phone number and valid email address; and
- Use the competition giveaway link to submit their contact details.
By submitting your contact details during the Promotion Period, the entrant gives permission for the Promoter to use their contact details for marketing activities related to each brand with no compensation expected in return.
Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of transmission when the form is submitted via the Link. In any dispute relating to whether entries have been received or not, the result will be determined by the Promoter, whose decision is final. Any entry that contains content that RacksBrax, in its sole discretion, considers to be incomplete, inaccurate, underage, erroneous, ineligible, offensive, misleading, inappropriate, or incomprehensible will be deemed invalid, as well as any entry that RacksBrax, at its sole discretion, considers infringing any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity. RacksBrax accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
- Maximum number of entries per participant
Each competition participant is allowed one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple form submissions will not constitute additional entries and will be invalid.
- Manner of resolving disputes
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. RacksBrax assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry, for inaccurate information, or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then RacksBrax may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Competition.
- Age limit of participants
All entrants into the Competition must be over the age of 18.
- Retail value of each of the prizes
The prize pool consists of (totalling RRP over A$2,200):

- 1 x pair of green TRED Pro Recovery Boards (RRP A$329.00)

- 1 x RacksBrax HD Hitch for ECOXGEAR Soundbars (RRP A$195.00)
- 2 x RacksBrax HD Hitch Standard (RRP A$330.00)
- 1 x RacksBrax HD Accessory Plate (RRP A$220.00)
- Winner’s notification
The Winner will be notified by RacksBrax via email within seven (7) days of the draw using the email address that was submitted for the Competition.
Prizes will be delivered to the Winner within twenty (20) business days of the close of the Promotional Period subject to any delivery or processing delays. The Winner will be notified of any delays.
- Marketing communications and promotions
All participants consent to receiving marketing and promotional material from the Promoter and its affiliates.
- Unclaimed prizes
If any prize remains unclaimed or forfeited after 48 hours of RacksBrax making all reasonable efforts to notify the winner, RacksBrax may redraw the competition, or withdraw the prize unawarded.
