Return & Refund Policy

CAOS GEAR RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

  • No change of mind returns: We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.
  • New condition requirement: All returns must be in new condition, with original packaging intact.
    • Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.
  • Items not as purchased: We will not accept items that have been used, washed, or have damaged packaging.
  • Store credit for approved returns: If your return is accepted by our team, a store credit will be issued.
  • Postage for exchanges: Standard return postage is included. For Express postage, please provide a pre-paid satchel when sending back your item.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in the same condition as receivedunused (unmounted) with all original accessories and components included.
  • Be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Return freight charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

To start a return, contact us at enquiries@caosgear.com.au. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue promptly and ensure a resolution.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


EXCHANGES

If you need a different item, the quickest way is to:

  1. Return the item you currently have (subject to eligibility).
  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
