DELIVERY LOCATIONS
CAOS makes deliveries Australia-wide and across the globe.
DELIVERY CHARGES ON ORDERS
Postage will be calculated at checkout and will be sent to you by your selected freight option.
Additional Shipping Charges: We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for remote locations. If this applies, we will contact you with a quote and request your approval before finalising your order.
For international orders (when available), delivery charges will apply and be calculated at checkout.
Important: Due to customs regulations, certain items cannot be shipped internationally. These restrictions will be noted in the product description.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
PO Box & Parcel Locker Delivery: If you select Standard Post, your order can be delivered to PO Boxes or Post Offices. Other courier options do not support PO Box delivery.
COVID-19 & Contactless Delivery: Due to courier policies, signature-on-delivery is currently unavailable. If you are not home, the courier will attempt to leave your package in a safe place. We recommend using a work address for delivery.
If you request a package to be left unattended, you accept responsibility. If you provide specific delivery instructions, we will do our best to follow them.
Delivery occurs between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Please retain this as proof of purchase.
If an item is backordered or unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
DELIVERY DESPATCH
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. However, during peak periods, processing may take up to 4 business days. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery time varies based on the selected service but may range from 2-14 business days (WA deliveries may take longer).
TRACKING ORDERS
All orders within Australia include tracking. If your order has not arrived within 2 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at enquiries@caosgear.com.au.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS.
DELIVERY RECEIPT
Check Your Items Upon Delivery: If you receive an incorrect item, do not open it. We will not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in their original condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 days and retain the item for inspection. Send images of the damaged item to enquiries@caosgear.com.au.
UNATTENDED DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend using a business address or ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
Some couriers require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, a collection card may be left, and a redelivery fee may apply.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
