2kg Chicken Breast
1 x bottle Tikka Masala Curry Paste
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 x Root Fresh ginger 
1 x Onion
1 x Can Tomato soup
1 x Can crushed Tomatoes 
1 x tablespoon Olive Oil
2 x Fresh Red Chillies 
1 x Cup water
600ml double cream


  1. Heat up your Camp oven, add oil, chopped onion & cook till aromatic. 
  2. Add Tikka Masala paste, grated ginger, garlic & chopped chilli.
  3. Stir then add water, tomatoes, tomato soup & cook till boiling.
  4. Add chicken, reduce heat, seal with camp oven lid & cook for 30mins.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in double cream, reheat just under the boil then serve on bed of rice with Naan Bread & Mango Chutney.
