Our Commitment
We stand behind every outdoor and adventure product we sell with a manufacturer’s 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
Should your item fail due to a manufacturing defect under normal use within the warranty period, we will address it—offering repair, replacement, or a refund at our discretion, at no cost to you.
What’s Not Covered
The 12-month manufacturer’s warranty does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, fair wear and tear, improper installation, or modifications.
If you purchased your product from a reseller, please contact the reseller directly to manage the warranty process.
How to Claim
If you encounter an issue, please follow the steps outlined below within 12 months of purchase.

- Fill out the online Warranty Claim form here.
- Please attach at least 3 photos of the defect.
- Once your warranty details have been received, you will be assigned a ticket number and we will be in contact with you.
- If you require additional assistance, please email warranty@caosgear.com.au or phone 1300 646 603 to discuss and arrange your claim.
- This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
